Pico de Gallo
from Chef John Skaggs of Two Caterers
6 med tomatoes, diced
1 med onion diced
1/4 c fresh Cilantro chopped
2 to 4 fresh serrano or jalapeƱo peppers, seeded & minced
pinch fresh, roasted or powdered garlic powder
salt to taste
Put all ingredients in a bowl, mix well.
