The smallest act of kindness is worth more than the grandest intention. ~ Oscar Wilde

Each week, Rose Morgan, Gene Hulbert, and Brenda Boyles from Church of the Messiah, open up the Gathering Place and take good care of Market Wednesday customers and vendors with water, lemonade, access to restrooms, a helping hand, and a kind word.

Hard to put into words how much we appreciate their TLC and presence at the market - so we'll keep it simple and say a sincere Thank You!

Uptown Westerville Farmers' Market: An All Hallows Eve Bounty!

Halloween is nigh! Next week, October 29th, is our last market of the season and also the market before Halloween... which (or is it witch?!) has become a mysteriously bewitching day, when princesses, super heroes, dinosaurs, storm troopers, and faeries visit the farmers' market!

It's become a Market Wednesday tradition - kids can take their Halloween costumes for a test drive for a little treat-or-treat action vendor-to-vendor!

See you at the market! If... you... dare!!!

(Official disclaimer: Wednesday, October 29th, 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., while candy supplies last (but we keep a lot of candy on hand), kids not in costume can participate as well! Oh, and we're thinking stroller thru elementary school ages!)
