Uptown Westerville Farmers' Market: September 13th Market Report
Some people walk in the rain, others just get wet. [Roger Miller]
It's a great day to pick up a little farm fresh.
Look for temps in the low 70s, cloudy skies, elevated humidity, and a light breeze. (The last of Irma is still moving north, and there is an outside chance of showers this afternoon ("scattered") and we are watching the last hour of the market, where, right now we are looking at a 56% chance of rain.
This week's line-up includes: Doran's Family Farm, Hinton Apiaries, Flying J Farm, Bird's Haven Farms, jC's Sweet Ice Tea, Branstool Orchards, Made Without Grain, Pleiades Maple Products, Miss Cristy's Bakery, Sweet Thing Gourmet, Montezuma Sauces and Salsas, The Crazy Cucumber, Kingdom Fish, Fox Hollow Garden, Brown Brothers Farms, Ohio City Pasta, and Lona Belle's Home Baked Goods.
We may see Sippel Family Farm/Kokoborrego Cheese Co. And, we heard from Mike Dippold, and we will not see Malabar Peach and Apple Orchard this week.
This week's community partner is Westerville Police Division.
