Shopping at the Uptown Westerville Farmers' Market.

It's a classic summer's day in Uptown Westerville and a great day for some fresh air shopping.

Produce selections grow each week including peaches, melon, eggplant, peppers (hot and sweet), potatoes, beets, tomatoes, onions, garlic, summer squash, sweet corn, cucumbers, tomatillos and more!

Vist Bridgman Farm, Doran's Family Farm, Bird's Haven Farm, Northridge Organic Farm (certified organic), Branstool Orchards, Flying J Farm, and Malabar Peach and Apple Orchard.

Artisan food vendors on deck this week: Sugar B Bakery (loaf breads, flat bread, gluten free), Chuck Evan's Montezuma Brand (salsas, tortilla chips, rubs, hot sauce, marinades & sauces), Honey Health Farms (raw honey, bee pollen, royal jelly, propolis, honeycombs, personal care), Sue's Kitchen (just say "Pie, please!", cookies, dessert breads, treats), Ohio Farm Direct (organic grass-fed cow's milk cheeses, drinkable yogurt, trail bologna, summer sausage, beef sticks), Mockingbird Meadows (infused raw honey, herbs, personal care products made of edible ingredients), Blue Jacket Dairy (cheese! cheddar curds, chevre, gretna grillin').

Shopping at Fox Hollow Farm.

Proteins are available from Fox Hollow Farm (naturally-raised beef, pork, lamb, chicken, and fresh eggs) and Flying J Farm (grass-fed beef).

Note: You may want to pack a cooler if you are buying protein - cheeses, dairy, and eggs are sold refrigerated; meats and poultry are sold frozen.

Today we welcome cut flower vendor, Anna Brown of Annabelle's Blooms.  Anna grows her beautiful sunflowers and zinnias on her grandparents' farm near South Charleston, Ohio.

We will not see Pleiades Maple Products, Dana Lee's, Z Blueberry, and Sweet Thing Gourmet at this week's market.

To help you manage your time, we do want to let you know there are lines each week for peaches, especially close to our 3 p.m. market-open and into the first 30 minutes.

Just a reminder to wine enthusiasts that Meza at 48 N. State, just south of the market, features a Market Wednesday Sangria Tasting.  Need ideas for wine pairings or want to know more about wines - stop by! Meza features a nice selection of Ohio wines, too.

Have a great day and we'll see you at the market!
