Uptowb Westerville Farners' Market: September 18th Market Report

A farm fresh Wednesday in Uptown Westerville.

Looks like a great weather day - temperatures in the low-80s, low humidity, no chance of precip, sunny skies, and a 9 mph breeze.

Today's vendor line-up includes: Ohio City Pasta, Lona Belle's Home Baked Goods, Doran's Farm Market, Flying J Farm, Bird's Haven Farms, Branstool Orchards, Made Without Grain, Sweet Thing Gourmet, Montezuma Brand Sauces and Salsas, Kingdom Fish, Kingdom Farms, Ohio Farm Direct, and Java Central.

We will not see Hinton Apiaires this week - Jerry is at the Farm Science Review.

This week's community partners are Westerville Electric Division/Westerville Water Division.

Traffic report: The 'Uptown Improvements' project (and Columbia Gas project) works continue - current activity is just north of Park and State; look for steel plates in the northbound and turn lanes. Traffic is maintained for these projects, so look for "lane redefinition" via orange cones, road surface grade changes, steel plates, construction activity (people and equipment on the move), and slower speeds. Be safe. For the updated low-down on construction around town: check out GoWesterville.

Home grown. Home made. All Ohio. The Uptown Westerville Farmers' Market opens for business each Wednesday, from May through October, between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. at North State and East Home Streets.

Browse. Visit. Taste. Shop. Enjoy.

Thank you for your business.

See you at the market.
