Uptown Westerville Farmers' Market: July 25th Market Report
It's a farm fresh Wednesday in Uptown Westerville.
It may be a day to pack the 'brella just in case. This week's weather forecast calls for a slight chance of rain (more of a chance during market set-up), mostly cloudy skies, a light breeze, temps in the mid-80s, elevated humidity.
Today's vendor line-up includes: Brown Brothers Farms, J-Pops, Ohio City Pasta, Lona Belle's Home Baked Goods, Doran's Family Farm, Flying J Farm, Bird's Haven Farms, Made Without Grain, Pleiades Maple, Sweet Thing Gourmet, Montezuma Sauces and Salsas, The Crazy Cucumber, Hummavore, Ohio Farm Direct, jC's Sweet Ice Tea, Malabar Peach and Apple Orchard.
Important Update: No peaches today. Due to a serious medical situation in Mike Dippold's immediate family, he is not coming to market today. Our thoughts are with Mike, Pam, and the family.
Original Post: Today, we welcome Mike Dippold of Malabar Peach and Apple Orchard to the Market Wednesday season. This is Mike's first week with peaches, so he may have a limited supply. Please note - Malabar Peach and Apple is the only Market Wednesday vendor that does not take debit/credit cards - he's cash or check only.
Branstool Orchards plans to begin bringing peaches to market in August. We will keep you posted.
We will not see Hinton Apiaries for the next two weeks. Jerry will be back on August 8th.
Kingdom Fish will not be at market this week, and we should see them next week. They've had some unexpected technical issues on the farm that they've been tending to.
Check it out! This week's community partner is Westerville Public Library.
Home grown. Home made. All Ohio. The Uptown Westerville Farmers' Market opens for business each Wednesday, from May through October, between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. at North State and East Home Streets.

Thanks for your business!
