Uptown Westerville Farmers' Market: October 30th Market Report

It's October 30th and it's the last Uptown Westerville Farmers' Market of the 2013 season. We have a great day ahead with temperatures forecast in the low 60s, a light breeze, a mere 3% chance of rain, and clouds. Sounds like a great day to shop for a little farm fresh!

Home-grown. Home-made. All Ohio. Join us this Market Wednesday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. at N. State and E. Home in Uptown Westerville.

This week's vendor line-up: Fox Hollow Farm, Bird's Haven Farms, Flying J Farm, Honey Health Farms, Hartzler Family Dairy, Malabar Peach and Apple Orchard, Sugar B Bakery, Chuck Evans' Montezuma Brand Salsas and Sauces, Sweet Thing Gourmet, Blue Jacket Dairy, Dan the Baker, Pleiades Maple Products, Branstool Orchards.

We are waiting to hear from Dana Lee's and Ohio Farm Direct.

It's a Market Wednesday Halloween Tradition - it's the one day of the season that super heroes, fairies, stormtroopers, dragons, monsters, and princesses visit the farmers' market - kids can warm up for Westerville's Beggar's Night (October 31st from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.) and pick up treats from our vendors!
(We'll pass out candy until we run out! And costumes aren't required - you just have to be a kid!)

Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity. It can turn a meal into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend. Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today and creates a vision for tomorrow. - Melody Beattie

This has been a tremendous market season and we appreciate your patronage and support! From the vendors and management team of the Uptown Westerville Farmers' Market, heartfelt thanks!

See you at the market!
