On the edge of unprecedented weather, the Uptown Westerville Farmers' Market celebrates Halloween and our last Market Wednesday of the season.

Home-grown. Home-made. All Ohio. 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. at N. State & E. Home Streets in Uptown Westerville.

While, it'll be cloudy, forecasts for this afternoon include a breeze, temperatures in the mid-40s and, with the exception of a chance for trace precipitation between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m., no rain... or snow! So, a typical fall day, perfect for a trip to the market.

Kids can warm-up for Westerville's Beggar's Night (6 p.m to 8 p.m.) and trick or treat at the market! Trick or treat has become a favorite season-ending tradition - vendors will have candy to share (while supplies last of course!) and it's the only time of year that fairy princesses, super heroes, cowboys, lions, dinosaurs, and stormtroopers visit the market.

Northridge Organic Farm has now completed its Market Wednesday season. Much thanks to Mike and Laura Laughlin.

Where can you shop today?

Plieades Maple Products featuring everything from maple sugar to maple syrup all from Morrow County.  Try the maple-coated puffed-spelt cereal!

Fox Hollow Farm with naturally-raised pork, beef, chicken, lamb, and fresh eggs.

Sue's Kitchen, a favorite market stop, for pie (usually if you arrive early during market hours), cookies (including snickerdoodles), and delicious confections like brownies and dessert breads.

Bird's Haven Farms, with a selection of Licking County produce including squash, broccoli, peppers, sweet potatoes, pumpkins, and more.

Flying J Farm featuring grass-fed beef, produce, and fresh-milled flour.

Ohio Farm Direct sells a selection of cheeses made from organic grass-fed milk along with drinkable yogurt, summer sausage, and trail bologna.

Dana Lee's with a selection of delicious baked goods including market favorite, artiboli.

Sugar B Bakery, Galena's own Angela Bowman bakes some amazing loaf breads, including market favorite, Spinach Loaf.

Don't forget just steps south of the market, at 48 N. State, Meza's specially-priced Market Wednesday sangria wine-tasting. Last week, Meza featured a red apple sangria - wonder what Tatjana Brown will have this week!

Thank you so much for a tremendous 2012 Uptown Westerville Farmers' Market season! Thanks for giving us the business!

See you at the market!
